Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use a few to run the site, and, only if you allow it, some to measure our ads. We do not use cookies for anything else.
Cookies that run the site
| Cookie | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
iaf_consent | Remembers your cookie choice | 12 months |
iaf_aid | A random analytics ID. It is never linked to your name or email | 12 months |
iaf_attr | Remembers which post, link or ad brought you here, so we know which of our posts work | 90 days |
iaf_theme | Remembers whether you chose light or dark | 12 months |
iaf_wl_inbox | Shows you the "check your inbox" page after you join the waitlist | 15 minutes |
| Sign-in cookies | Keep you signed in once you have an account | Until you sign out |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Checks that a form was sent by a person, not a bot. Set only while you use a form | Session |
Website analytics
Our product analytics tool, PostHog, is switched off on the live site at launch. When we turn it on, this page will say so. It will work without cookies until you choose "OK" on our cookie notice, it will use the random analytics ID only, and it will never receive health information.
Ad measurement (Meta)
If you allow ad measurement, the Meta Pixel sets cookies (_fbp and _fbc) so we can see which of our Instagram posts and ads lead to sign-ups. It runs only on our public pages and the challenge join page, never inside the app, and never on any health or account screen. You can turn it off at any time with the control below or with "Manage" on the cookie notice.
Visitors from the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are asked first, and ad measurement stays off unless they accept. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, ad measurement is off unless you turn it on.
Error monitoring
We use Sentry to tell us when something breaks. It sets no cookies and receives technical error reports with personal information removed.
