Why I made I AM FITNESS

I've spent my working life in wellness and mental health, as a counsellor, a hypnotherapist and a support worker. In every room, the same truth kept showing up: how we feel in our bodies and how we feel in our minds are one conversation, not two.

I'm also a single mum. Staying at my physical best isn't vanity for me. It's what keeps me steady, patient and present. When I move, my head clears. When I skip it, everything feels heavier.

I made I AM FITNESS for women who are tired of being told to fix themselves. My goal is simpler: to help you feel at home in yourself and your body first. That's where confidence starts, and it's the foundation of every relationship you have, including the one with yourself.

Ten to twenty minutes a day. Body and mind together. You set the pace.

How Ida works

Ida coaches the body and the mind together. Every session is movement first: deep core, glutes, posture, mobility and strength, in ten to twenty minutes you can keep up. Alongside it she records guided audio for calm, confidence and sleep, drawing on her training as a counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist. There is no shouting and no scoreboard. You work at your level, and you stop when something doesn't feel right.

If you have any injury, get advice from your GP or physiotherapist first, and consult a health practitioner to make sure this is right for you. Stop exercising if anything causes pain or discomfort.
